This is the best furniture store around. Great prices and great service. They still care, even after they've gotten your money!

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Better yet just shop online. We went in with the intent of buying a couch, an area rug and a dining table set. We spent a good hour dealing with the sales in the back of the building to get the delivery and credit set up. We were then told to go around the back and get our rug from the loading dock. The guy in the backroom had no clue as to what rug I had bought and spent 20 minutes running in circles looking for it. After about a week, and calling numerous times to try to schedule a delivery date for the couch and table, we were told the table was on back order and that they would get back to us with more info. 3 days later the couch arrives and no word on the table. Yet again, I call back and get told that the table was 2 weeks out and the chairs would take a month and a half. Okay, we can deal. We call back a month later and get told (very cheerfully I might add) that the table is there but the chairs would be yet ANOTHER month. We told them to cancel everything and then we were told to call back when management was available in order to cancel our order. I could have just clicked my mouse a few times and saved the headache. Such is life when you deal with incompetence.

We purchased a living room set from Pilgrim Furniture in Milford, CT and we paid in full with the understanding our purchase would be delivered as stated. Well that did not happen, then when we did receive our furniture the delivery men put mud on our new White carpet of course we cleaned it. We received our chair at a later date which was fine except it was damaged, it had scratches all on the wood so they sent out a repair person who came with some furniture markers and called himself fixing it! NO not happening after calling store they did replace the chair and we were satisfied. But we have a warranty of 5 years on our furniture which we sit on maybe 3 times a year. Well noticed the sofa is not sitting correctly and called today, imagine to our surprise they only will cover the springs or a few other parts but NOT the Labor! Really? Never again will I purchase from a company that does not stand behind it's products and yes I am a blogger and I will post this and cross post it so that everyone will be aware of this policy. Very disappointed in this store and after reading all these reviews I can see it is not just my family.

Last year we bought a sectional from Pilgrim and it started having problems with both corner pieces. The cushions you sit on where moving to the middle and having deep grooves around the edges. They replaced both parts but still, after a few months they started doing the same thing. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Went in to purchase a new bed. The queen wasn't cutting it anymore when you have a 115lb puppy who insists on sleeping with you 😂. Bought a new king size bed. Was talking to them about the trouble with the sectional. Seeing as I was out of warranty, they gave me a number to call and ask them to see if they could do anything. They had a technician come out and he said there was nothing they could do but that particular sectional was known for that problem. Marilee from the Milford Pilgrim made some calls and they took back the sectional and I got a brand new one! They stand by their product and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you Milford Pilgrim Furniture😀
