Nations Furniture

I paid for a bedroom set in full. I also paid for a mattress n box spring. The salesman Victor told me the mattress n box sp. was $200. When I got home I realized that I was charged $299 instead of $199. I have been calling since the day I purchased the stuff. I lefted multiple messages and I called numerous times. No one has returned my call yet. Please don't buy any furniture from there. They lie about their prices, then they get your money and you never hear from them again unless you drive back to their store Update. My furniture came a month later after I purchased it

Despite what started as a bad experience, Victor at Nation's Furniture was absolutely helpful with our warranty. Received constant emails updating me on the status of my new mattress and the whole process was so hassle free I cannot be more thankful. Great customer service. Thank you again.

We bought our living room, bedroom, and son's bedroom furniture from Nations Furniture at different times. We are repeat customers because the quality is good, the price is excellent, and the furniture comes in on time. We love it because we are dealing directly with the owners - no middle man!! We told them our budget and they were able to work with us. Buy local, support small businesses!!! We recommend this place to all our friends. Go see them - you won't regret it!!!

I have to give credit where its due. These people will go above & beyond to make you happy & will solve ANY problems you may have. Now I need to be completely honest in this review, my first order was not 100% great. It was somewhat ( mostly) my fault for picking out a coffee table that was what I paid for. I think it was over one hundred with 2 end tables. Compressed wood , rocked a bit...not good quality. But the sofa was Ashley & all their furniture is All under 5 year warranty which is a plus !! The coffee table was a brand ,they no longer carry...and with no warranty, not for the low price I paid. I recently ordered from them...and they have gone out of their way for me as a customer, and made sure I had a kitchen table in time for Thanksgiving, in which my table wouldn't be in on time. They upgraded me ( by a reasonable amount of $ difference ) just to ensure I was happy & was able to pick a table they had in stock . I had ordered bedroom furniture , there was a scratch that occured during the moving process,due to the size of & it narrow hallways in my home, they were willing to order me new furtniiture,replace it ....literally do whatever to do the right thing ,through some comminication, we are able to fix the problem. Customer service is a priority to these people & I rate them 5 stars. Also, the staff asks a lot of questions regarding your selection of furniture,which makes shopping here really smooth knowing certain things that could help pick out your perfect furniture. I also recently ordered an Ashley sofa with an ottoman , again , sofa #2. Looked it up online ...and it was rated 5 stars on many boards, Nations offered it to for way lower than any online companies. They knew my frustrations with kitchen table as well as the minor scratch during delivery & went above & beyond to make me happy. The sales woman, Charlene is so informative when it comes to selecting furniture to fit your lifestyle. They would rather lose a sale than sell you a linen sofa knowing you have 4 children at home, great Mom & Pop business I will continue to support. Atleast you can walk in there knowing who you are doing business with ,rather than walking into a chain store who is more concerned with a sale. Some of the nicest people you will ever do business with ,and I am not the easiest to please , and I can say ...I am happy with Nations.

I ordered a sectional a while back. My dog destroyed the covers . I had called multiple times and spoke with a man who said how much it’ll cost to replace and that he would place my order and email me all the details as it would be shipped UPS. I’ve called again and was promised the same thing. It has now been over a month and I still have no replacement covers for my sectional that I spent almost $2000.00 on. Very disappointed and will never be using this company again.
