Railroad Stores Furniture and Mattress Center

I came to this store today to specifically buy two mattresses. I'm expecting guest and need somewhere for them to sleep in. The sales clerk doesn't know how to properly treat customers and was overall unfriendly and rude. I walked out and now going to spend my money elsewhere.

I was down at Railroad Salvage Store staring at this yellow pillowed sofa and a salesman Jerome struck up a conversation about a black reclining, living room set. My wife looked at curtains while I reclined and talked. She spent time to find something beautiful. And we always find something beautiful. (The curtain selection here is really beautiful.) Also, I'm gunna paint my man cave. Paint the walls in blue, red, black and gray. All of these colors are very very hard to match. Gray is my favorite color so Jerome pointed me in the right direction. Jerome and me looked into the furniture and stared at the beautiful cushions. I bought myself a gray recliner. And everybody loves it, I will never be uncomfy!

Great place to purchase furniture. The salesman Hector is extremely nice and easy to work with. I have bought many sofas from here in the past and all have held up nicely over the years. There are many name brand sofas and mattresses here. The bonus now is with the location, the Shop Rite next door closed, so now there is always parking available. I would definitely come here before going anywhere else. Newly discovered on a recent trip was their wide assortment of rugs .

After being a customer for 10 years never going back! I ordered my couch on 3/15/18. On 3/28/18 (my birthday at that!) I found out my my couch won't come for ANOTHER 2 weeks. I wanted my money back but found the floor model of another couch and it was $300 MORE to get it to my house hopefully a week sooner. But the guy says NO! We're not selling the floor model, you would have to wait another 2 weeks. Already paid $1160. Offered $300 more for a floor model. Lost sale $1,460. How does a store refuse to make a customer happy by paying more to fix the bad service I got? Makes no sense and I'll spend my money at a place that wants it. #furnitureShoppingToday #10yearsOfloyaltyForArefund

My husband and I brought my mother here to get a dining room set. Carlos was a great help to us in finding what we were looking for. Carlos and his grandson were very friendly and helpful. I am glad this furniture store is still around. I bought my kitchen set and a futon from here a few years ago. I am still pleased with the service.
