These guys are the best! Excellent customer service, And can’t beat the prices. James was wonderful, attentive, listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the best deal. All the other folks that work there (from the delivery people to the stock guys) are also kind and willing to help. One man rolled over two different mirrors from across the show room so that I could see which matched the dresser the best. I bought my couch, pillows, a mattress and a dresser and mirror from them - I’m a happy customer. Recommend highly!

This was my first time here. i would recommend this place to anyone. The staff are very helpful. my boyfriend and I are moving into our first apartment Together. We went there with a friend. It is a amazing place. We found what we needed. For our living room. It took us two hours there was so much to choose from. Were both happy with our couch and coffee table that lifts up. the staff helped us match them together. It's so affordable and great quality. They we're so nice. We will be coming back here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I had a very positive,productive and professional experience there today.I was able to purchase my sectional and recliner which they delivered tonight with excellent service.My sales person was Mr. Marlon Chiche who took very good care of me and was over the top with his kind caring professional work ethic and service.I will return and shop again at Raymour&Flanigan.Thanks once again I am very happy with my choices. All of the sale people are amazing, the manager not so much. The furniture is mediocre. I ordered a seaton-flip top bar cabinet and one of the doors didn’t close right and called customer service and said they would be able to fix that. When the guy came to fix the cabinet he just made it WORSE and the doors were completely crooked. I also had a tv stand that was a bit chipped and he spray painted the chippped part AND my wooden floors. Honestly customer service is terrible just like bob’s discount furniture.
