Jordan's Furniture New Haven

Purchased a bed for our son and the experience was fantastic. The sales folks were very helpful and didn't try to up-sell us at all. Delivery was exactly when we needed it and in the time window they committed. Notifications by email and phone were clear and concise. The setup was quick and very thorough (they take pics of every step of the setup). Thumbs up!

My experience with Jordan's was excellent! The staff were very helpful and the follow up and delivery were great! Delivery was right on time and they were very professional. They needed to take things apart to get it into my house and they were still very quick. Great quality and service. I would highly recommend Jordan's!

Awesome store! Just walking through the doors is an experience! I could get lost in all the beautiful furniture that is wonderfully displayed. Sales person was extremely knowledgeable of his products. The delivery of my new beautiful mattress was fast, timely & perfectly set up. Can’t say enough about our first experience shopping at Jordan’s. We will be return customers. Thanks Elliot!

Beautiful store. Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Overall a great experience for me and my mom. I really appreciated the follow up message regarding delivery that was voiced by Elliot himself. A nice personal touch! I will most assuredly shop here again in the future.

We purchased a Queen mattress and adjustable base. Chuck Madonna was very helpful and knowledgeable of his product. There was no pressure, didn't even ask for personal information on our first visit. We felt that this was a store we could trust. Delivery was smooth and efficient. The delivery men made sure all our questions were answered before they left.
