I don't believe my salesperson intentionally misled me and the store personnel did what they could but I was reminded that Ashley's is a franchise so higher level decisions must need to be made by someone beyond the store manager. I can't speak for other Ashley's stores but my experience here was beyond disappointing. I'm sure Ashley's is just fine if you never have an issue but if you are counting on a customer focused experience after the sale, I would go elsewhere. We made the mistake of purchasing a floor model sectional for $2,200. Because the back of the piece was against the wall, I asked the sales person if the back was in good shape. His exact response was "like new. It's never moved from there." Upon delivery, there is a about a four inch circular brown paint stain on the back of the couch. The photo was sent to the store and I was told that there are no returns for floor models. I realized this when I signed the sales receipt but could not believe in this situation, that was the stance. After elevating to the store manager who went to what I was told was the highest level, I was informed that I could return it but there would be a 30% restocking fee and I would not be refunded the $200 delivery fee. So basically $800 to be sold a stained sofa as "like new" and they acted like this was doing me a favor. The lack of customer focus and logic is mind blowing. Losing our business alone would not make this rationale make sense let alone those we come into contact with. We got a sofa that will now go in our basement and will need to shop for a primary sofa again. I guarantee we will not be buying from Ashleys.

Jerilynn was such a huge help! Being first time home buyers, we were stressed and nervous about this whole process. From the moment we entered the store, she was there ready and willing to help with a smile on her face and so much knowledge. From the little information that we gave her, she put together our living room, dining room, and bedroom set. We never thought the process could be this easy, but J made it so easy and FUN! She knows what shes talking about and walking out of this store, we were so excited and happy to start this next part of our lives. J is amazing and we highly recommend coming here! Make sure to ask for her!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It’s actually non existent. Bought the porter sleigh bed and the slats underneath broke. Have tried to just get the store to let me re-order new slats at full price. After calling nearly 15 times, staff promises to call me back with a price and to help me re order and they never do. I have called corporate-no response. Talked to Dave, a manager, who said he would get back to me. It’s been almost a week. Talked to sales manager, Jay Rizzo, who said she would call me back yesterday. Never did and now she’s off today. And the staff tells me that I am not as important as the customers who are in the store and if I want to speak with someone, I should come in.

First I would like to say Ashley furniture has by far the best prices! We took the whole day to go furniture shopping and went to all your big furniture stores in the Milford area. The quality of Ashley furniture was right on point as well and there show room had so many pieces. David Brown was our sales man. He was super helpful and pointed us right to the pieces we were looking for. We highly recommend David Brown!

Linda was an absolute pleasure and helped us to find the perfect furniture for our apartment! She sat down with us and mapped out the entire floorplan of our living room and intricately worked with us to find the perfect furniture - a coffee table and end table! We will definitely be back to this store for future purchases. :)
