Service is great, the food is overall pretty good, but it's a little pricey. We got the coconut sea snails I would give this a 4 out of 5 stars for being unique but missing a zing factor in the sauce, calamari 3/5, it's just very charred but not seasoned, garlic bread standard, and grilled cajun shrimp 5/5, spicy and flavorful.
Good food especially for happy hours. A bit pricy considering the portion and taste. The seafood is fresh and you can see some of the live ones in the glass container right beside you. Service was a bit slow but they were pretty packed so understandable.
Great happy hour. Good oyster selection with half a dozen main options and a couple seasonal choices too. Tasty appetizers, and several entree choices. Prompt and friendly service. Will be returning to check out lunch options.
Bump into this awesome find before TayTay concert. Friendly, fast service and delicious food. We had 3 types of ramen. Be aware, when you order “spicy” they meant it! It’s gonna be spicy. Btw, happy hour can be super busy and packed.
Great value. Hole in the wall seafood joint. Happy Hour has great deals. The fried shrimp and grilled shrimp are my favorite here. Cooked with garlic and green onions. Oysters are solid, grilled squid is spicy and tasty, they even have Hamachi kama, and all kinds of seafood ramen. Definitely a hidden gem and worth checking out for good seafood.
High quality and massive selection of seafoods including ones not found anywhere else. sooooo many options for cooking style and sauces make it the best experience. the garlic and butter probably works with any seafood you pick
Seafood really fresh and taste great!
Service was friendly and prices were cheap, but food wasn't that great. Maybe it was because I only had the happy hour bites - but the scallops were overcooked, the batter on the zucchini fries was thick and stodgy, and the lobster balls were rubbery and tasted like imitation seafood. All three came with the same spicy mayo, which was fine, but meant they all kinda tasted the same. Wishing I'd had the oysters instead. It was a shame, coz I really wanted to like this place!
The seafood here was delicious albeit a bit e expensive. Came here to check out a seafood restaurant in the bay area and this one had good reviews. We ordered a few pitchers and 2 combination platters and they were delicious. The seafood combo platters are supposed to be for two people but we managed to eat it regardless. I am not a fan of spicey but my buddies are and they liked the spice that came with it. I on the other hand went for garlic butter and it was great, the mussels and crab were the best part of the seafood combo plate. If you're choosing the way it is made I recommend going for the steamed that way you can dip your bread in the sauce that's left over, I got the grilled and was disappointed that I didn't have much sauce to dip everything into. Also their combo platters are $58 a piece but aside from price this place is awesome.
Great prices huge portions and ocean fresh. All in a strip mall!
