Blackbeard's Waterfront Bar and Restaurant

Would not recommend at all. My husband went a few times before they closed and loved it. We went for food and drinks... The menu was extremely limited. The shrimp tacos had no seasoning or sauce and the Caesar chicken wrap didn't have Caesar dressing. Considering the quality, everything was overpriced. Service was less than stellar. We will definitely not go back.

Even though the night was a bit cool we decided to eat outside. Service and food was great. We'll be back new year on our trip to Topsail.

Wonderful location looking over the water. Busy boat ramp to entertain a diner. We ate outside. Live music started before we left. Our server's first day and that was a bit of a mess. The food was ok. Out of hamburgers which is what one of us ordered. Replaced with shrimp tacos which were fine. Onion rings didnt show up until after the meal. The beer was warm and very slow to be served. The shrimp poboy was reported to be excellent. Not a serious place. Give it a try but with ability to make the best of a potentially less than good experience.

The bang bang shrimp was top notch, service was great, and beer was good. Just wish there was more than just shrimp on the main menu! Much better food than the old blackbeards.

GOOD place for the loaded nachos and a few drafts. Nice view if you sit outside.
