Landmark Apartments

I had a 1BR/1BA towards the back of the complex. It was a great experience from leasing to final move-out! The front office staff is friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to their residents. During my stay I had a couple maintenance issues that were handled immediately by a fantastic member of their staff. When I had to move out, they handled all the details with professionalism and invited me back! I highly recommend Landmark. They’re doing it right, and I plan on returning!

I lived here for about a year and a half. I only moved because I was buying a house. For a little over 700 per month, I couldn't have been happier. The neighbors were generally quiet, the repairman Dennis quickly took care of any issues as soon as they arose, and I was conveniently situated without having to pay too much money.

This place is great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk to the maintenance. The club house, pool, and grounds are always kept clean. It’s so quiet I forget I even have neighbors.

Just moved in and didn't have all required documents but the staff are more than happy to help work around things. the apartments are well worth the price and its spacious. love it so far

i am warning you do not live here . First let's start off with maintenance ..... they suck !!!!! My light switches in my house never worked couldn't use my bathroom sink cause it would never drain , my light on my porch never worked. Besides the point they are spacious and a little modern it really wasn't the apartment itself, let me start off with the staff they continued to let a neighbor harass me just because they didn't want anyone living beside them. I was harassed about a parking space within 5 hours of me living there . The walls are paper thin so any disagreement me an my bf had the neighbors would knock on the door and call the cops about . All I saying is DO NOT LIVE Here I felt like we were paying 615 and had no privacy in my own home !!!
