LongHorn Steakhouse

Wonderful service! We were a party of 13 traveling from four different cities on Mother's Day without a reservation, they told us an hour or so wait. We waited about 25 minutes and they put us in two large booths side by side. Our waitress, Miranda, exemplary service. The food was delicious and enough to take home what wasn't finished. I am more than willing to travel to Greensboro just to eat at that particular restaurant again. Kudos to Management and their excellent service.

The server was friendly! Important to note that we didn't challenge her on issues... I feel that I do have to say something about how creepy the busboy/manager was. I don't really know who that was. But his behind the curtain talk was unwelcomed. Also the food was terrible. The steak could not have been harder to chew (med rare). I can only confer that the flat was up way too high. The top and bottom of the steak were well done and seared beyond the point of cutting but the middle was rare and gummy. The salads and bread were great. Will not return.

The wait for service was non-existent and the host and waitress were friendly and professional. Two adults and one child getting a shared appetizer, one alcoholic beverage for each adult, a kid's meal and two entrees came out to under $100 with tip. And we left with food to go. Presentation is very nice and flavors were top notch.

The food portions were large and the food was good. I only gave 3 stars because the food was very salty and heavy on the seasoning. I mentioned it to our server and she agreed that they are sometimes heavy on the seasoning, and that if we mention that we want our food lightly seasoned, they'll do it. Wish we would have known beforehand. We do not eat out much as I am a home cook and am accustomed to cooking with fresh herbs from our garden. I have to remember that This is a "chain" restaurant and has a prepared formula for how the food is seasoned, unless you ask. This was our first time eating here as well.

Great food and always great service at this location. Servers are always friendly, food is always ready in a timely manner. Never a complaint or disappointment. Good for date night or a gathering with family and friends. Usually a wait during peak hours, as expected, but never unreasonable.
