Landmark at Battleground Park Apartment Homes

We have lived here for 4 years and have always received excellent customer service. The staff at Landmark at Battleground Park always rise to meet our needs and make genuine efforts to treat us with kindness and compassion. The apartments are clean, well laid out, and spacious. We had a middle-of-the-night maintenance emergency and the maintenance staff hurried out to fix the problem with no complaints. We appreciate you guys so much!

Ashley and Katie made my move easy and comfortable! I LOVE my cute studio apartment. I have not felt at "home," in a while, and here- I do! I wanted to thank the girls in the office for being so patient and kind! I already know I will be renewing even after only being here a week so far!

Would give it less if that were possible should've looked at the reviews for this place online I have had a serious bug problem since day 1 of living here have a video talking to one of the people here at the office about it and all the exterminator did was lay some traps. With my knowledge of bugs you only lay traps when you're trying to fight an infestation not when you already have one. I moved here with my friends because we are a bit younger and we have hated it I would love to figure out any legal options I can take here seeing as I don't see these bugs paying rent to stay in my apartment. Only positive about this place is that the maintenance staff is very quick to come and fix things that are broken

Overall the apartments and staffing are not a bad. However, they have a serious wood roach/bug problem. I have talked to maintenance and they have said there is nothing they can do about it. They do come out and spray when you ask, but, I have killed 4+ in my home last month and it is not okay. The warmer it gets, the worse it gets. However, I like the apartment and they try their best to make sure my apartment stays bug free. Its a great apartment complex and makes you feel like you are living in a neighborhood. All of the residents I have met are really nice and tend to be pretty chill. The only noise you hear comes from kids playing outside, but that is practically it. The rent is very affordable and the apartment complex is very diverse. It is also conveniently close to Wal-Mart and many other stores/fast food. There is a construction site outside of the apartment complex, but you would not know it. They are working on new highway connection. You can not hear a thing. You barely even see people out here working, but somehow it continues to be built.

This place was great to me. Staff was cool! No need to bash them, I called this place home! But be careful of the hidden fees and charges when you move out. I LIED...... THEY CHARGED ME A DOG FEE UPON MOVING OUT. I LIVED THERE A YEAR AND I PAID THE PET FEE A MONTH. ROACHES AND OTHER BUGS WERE HARD TO GET RID OF AND THE RENT WENT UP. I COULD HAVE PAID WHAT I PAID TO STAY AT A BETTER COMPLEX AND THE VALET TRASH IS JUST WHAT IT SAYS TRASH. THEY MAY SHOW UP OR THEY MAY NOT. I PAID FOR IT SO UPON MOVING OUT I LEFT TRASH FOR THEM TO PICK UP, BUT YEAH, THE HIDDEN FEES HIT ME. OVERALL IT FIT WHAT I NEEDED FOR THE TIME BEING, BUT IF I COULD GO BACK I WOULD GO TO A NICER PLACE. THEY WILL TURN YOU IN TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT REACHING OUT THE HANDLE THE PROBLEM ALSO.
