The gift shop here is always extremely helpful and very friendly when I go in. I am a disabled senior citizen who smokes. I shop for my cigarettes at Blackbird Bend Casino. I have even been told that when I come out to purchase my cigarettes if I can't get out of the car and come inside just to call them and they will bring them outside to me! How many businesses would go out of their way to help a person like that! I can tell you they are very few and far between. You're always greeted with a smile and they always thank you for your business.

I have been at your CASINO OFF and on for about a year. I always enjoyed my self. I never came home rich but had a good time. I live in Lincoln so it is about a 2 hr drive. I came on May 5 and l guess because you have a lot of new machines you have tighten the machine. I don't know if l will be back or not.

Very poor . The poorest it has even been. Raising the price on the buffet is another reason we do not frequent this casino.
