Wild Rose Casino & Resorts

Stayed there on Friday night and made reservations for our return trip on Sunday. We were told $69.00 for Sun night. We rode in blistering 100° heat and were happy to get to the Casino and our "reserved" rooms. Well, they lost the reservations, charged us full price for the rooms, And charged us each $20 for not cancelling our reservations that we made on Friday. You have got to be kidding me. The restaurants were not open so had to order fast food from little coffee nook. LAST TIME we will ever go there. They just lost 6 customers.

Machines are always down. They have help that can't fix machines. Also overheard them saying they need to shut machines down because they are paying to much. The place is never clean and slot techs are very rude.

Horrible do not waste time or money here buffet is garbage rooms are garbage customer service the worst I've ever seen and I have been to many casinos but not just casinos businesses in general. I'll put it this way it was so bad I've taking the time to write this post which normally I wouldn't

We attended a wedding here. First visit to this casino. Very nice facilities, great staff, and delicious food! Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Nice rooms friendly staff however if you can't take cigarette smoke don't go to gamble.
