Blancpain Boutique

Always a great experience stopping by the Blancpain boutique. The first time was a little intimidating since the boutique is on the second level but once you get up there it is super friendly and the design of the space allows you to really get up close and appreciate the watches. Sam was awesome, super patient and informative. Oh, of course, the watches are excellent too

I must say that the customer care and service is exceptional, particularly Sam Chung, who is a very gracious and courteous sales representative. I strongly recommend you ask for him in Blancpain. His attention to detail, care, and empathy are above and beyond the expectations for a top Maison as Blancpain.

I stopped in this gorgeous new 5th Ave Boutique last weekend. It is beautiful, large, and well designed. The inventory was impressive, and the layout allows a very comfortable browsing experience. The staff was most accommodating and knowledgeable. I had the strap changed on my watch and enjoyed speaking with the Manager about some of the timepieces. I highly recommend a visit to this Boutique, both the inventory and staff are outstanding.

I went there 2 weeks ago and have called them twice to have them repair / check on the status of a broken pin in the clasp of my watch, still haven't heard back. I've gotten better customer service for my Amazon Kindle than my Blancpain 50 Fathoms.

My experience at the boutique was excellent! Service department was very courteous and helpful. Closing time was approaching and they patiently assisted me.

The ultimate service experience in fine jewelry. The staff are pure class.
