All around excellent service! They are a company who's employees care. Their food looks and tastes great! I had the Chicken Parmesan and it had a unique zest to the sauce. Not only is their food good, their customer service is outstanding. I had used a third party food delivery company to order food from blue lemon as I was at work in the middle of a project. The third party company never ended up showing up and the third party put in a replacement order. Blue Lemon staff personally called me and apologized for everything even though it was in no way their fault. Very impressive, you guys take ownership seriously and I appreciated the effort (and recognize that it was in no way your fault!)

My first impression was how clean and fresh the atmosphere is. The service is worth the wait, the staff are friendly and helpful. I had the Pear Gargonzola Salad. It was delicious. They have a variety of vegetarian items. Lots of women joggers are eating here. I believe the focus is on healthy. I love this place.

I’ve been a huge fan of Blue Lemon for years; I started eating at them when the first one opened at City Creek. When we go out to dinner with my kids, they ask to come here. We usually visit the Sandy location as it is closest to our home, but will not be back for awhile after several bad experiences in a row.
Tonight’s experience was by far the worst. We ordered take out around 7:20pm, our order was relatively simple with no special requests. We were told our order would take 30-45 minutes which was fine considering it was a busy Saturday night. We arrived at 8pm to pick up our order. There was only one person working the registers (a common theme at this location). It took 10 minutes to helped by the cashier only to realize that the order was missing three meals and that the peanut butter bars that we confirmed were available when we ordered were no longer available. We had to order the additional three meals (three kids’ Alfredo pastas). They tried to charge me for the unavailable dessert and an appetizer that I didn’t order.
After paying, I waited another 10 minutes to be handed my drink cups and the one meal that was finished. We decided to dine inside rather than take the food home since we were all hungry at this point. We found that we were handed the wrong food, so then we had to wait again to get the correct food which was cold, soggy and a much smaller portion compared to what you get when you dine in. We ate the food we had while waiting for the kids’ Alfredo.
After 20 minutes, the manager walked by and asked us if we were missing anything, apparently our order was never made. All he said was, “Sorry, this is the first time I’m hearing about this.” After another 10 minutes, we finally got our kids’ food. They threw in a couple of smashed sugar cookies and lemon bars to make up for their terrible service. By this time, our kids were no longer hungry because they had eaten all of the other cold food.
I don’t know if they are in need of more employees or if management is to blame, but a couple of crappy desserts thrown into a take out bag does not make up for the terrible service. An actual apology or better yet, some of our money back would have ideal.
On a good night at Blue Lemon, the fries are limp and cold, the meals arrive one-by-one over the span of 10 minutes, and there are 5 dirty tables waiting to be bussed. Seriously, that’s what we’ve come to expect from this place; minimal service with mediocre, overpriced food. Save your money, your time, and your sanity and go to a place that values its customers while serving decent food.

This is my second time at Blue Lemon. Outstanding service!!! Both times (6 months apart) this amazing guy (turns out he's the manager!) went out of his way to make the experience great. I'm kind of whatever about good food quality but when it comes to service that's what gets my 5 stars. Way to go Casey and Blue Lemon. Loved it and the squash soup was pretty amazing!

We love Blue Lemon overall. Sometimes their portion sizes vary from previous visits. This time both the salad was much smaller (a lot less spinach), the salmon filet was smaller, and there were fewer fingerling potatoes, yet prices increased a small amount for some menu items. The food is always delicious and fresh so overall a good place to eat!
