Bluegrass Shoe Repair

I took my roller skates to Bluegrass Shoe Repair to have a split in one of my boots repaired. There wasn't much material there since they'd been repaired before. The person that was working the counter was very confident they could be fixed and in a timely manner. I asked if my own material could be used, she said yes, and the repair was less expensive because I provided the material. My skates were repaired faster than the original estimate, the fee was very reasonable. The service was friendly even showing some interest in building a relationship, and the workmanship was amazing. My skates feel better than they have for years. Everything about this experience was positive. I will send everyone I can here.

Have a pair of Timberland hiking boots that reached about half life. Uppers in great shape but the glue holding the sole and upper together on the left boot was letting go. I called Timberland and told me "there's nothing they could do" !! Took them in and Bluegrass Shoe Repair glued the left boot and did a little work on the right too just to ensure no problem would develop. The boots were ready on the date promised. Great Place, Friendly folks with good prices & service.
