Replaced the soles on my boots with the wrong type of sole and did not seem very knowledgeable compared to the shop I had to go to to fix their bad work.  The woman at the counter was not helpful at all resolving the problem.

We love Lee's and have gone there for years. They hem and repair. Mrs Lee has even performed some miracles on lost causes!

VERY BAD QUALITY OF WORK THE FASTENER ON MY SHOE WAS BROKEN WHEN I RECEIVED MY SHOES BACK LEE'S HAD ONE SILVER AND THE OTHER SHOE HAD A GOLD FASTENER..MY SECOND PAIR THE HEAL WAS LOOSE THEY TOOK A NAIL AND HAMMER RIGHT UP THE SIDE NEEDLESS TO SAY VERY VISIBLE THE LADIE WORKING AT COUNTER ACT LIKE SHE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND SAID THAT'S ALL WE CAN DO AND ALSO THEY HAD KNOW MORE FASTENERS....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TAKE YOUR SHOES TO KINGS OFF TAYLORSVILLE RD AND HOUNZ LN

I brought one of my high heels in because I needed the material glued together. The price was reasonable ($5.00), and they did what I asked. But in the process of fixing it, they got glue over the entire heel. It just seemed a bit sloppy to me.
