Holiday Manor Shoe Repair

First of all I’ve had an amazing experience both times I’ve been in. And Cindy is wonderful to deal with! I’m so pleased with my purchases I will definitely be returning. So glad I found this hidden gem!

Mind Blowing! PERFECTION! I took an impossible-to-repair pair of boots -- with grommets throughout -- to have 4" removed from ankle. They did it FLAWLESSLY. They almost "gave up" but persisted because they, "didn't want their customer to get hurt wearing shoes that were too large". Where do we find that kind of dedication, or empathy, these days? They've won my business...and my heart! Take a look!

Be aware!!! I bring a shoe to repair at this store, the lady at the desk let me know that I have to pay cash when I will get back my shoe. When I picked up my shoe she asked me $8.00, I paid (she did not provide any receipt), and then I realize that my shoe wasn't repair, they just sewing outside without taking care of the inside of the shoe. I told her that they did only a "design" repair and asked her to repair properly. She told me to came back in a week, she take my ticket from the trash can and give it back to me. Today I picked up my shoe which this time was repaired and she asked me to pay $8.00. I told her that I already paid and she refused to give me back the shoe and became very aggressive... I paid another $8.00 and I told her that I already paid.... So be aware, ask for a receipt... I think somebody should check their accounting, they ask only for cash and no receipt... I will never return to this store.

Didn't do anything to clean my shoes. Had scuffs on them and they couldn't put polish on them. Should have called me so I could have taken them elsewhere.
