Beha Cleaners

The worst dry cleaners I have ever used. I had 3 shirts dry cleaned there through work (I work at a hotel) upon the return of my shirt it had blue ink all over it and had been pressed into it. I started calling 15 min before they closed and nobody answered the phone. I posted pictures of my shirt o Google map of anyone would like to take a look at the horrible mess they call clean. Also our guest at the hotel use the cleaners and shirts, pants, and other garmets are returned without buttons often.

The crew at Beha has been great for me for the greater part of a decade. Friendly and accommodating, they always go out of the way to help. Never had a lackluster experience.

I will NEVER be using this place again. I had had very good experiences with their dry cleaning up until now, but because how far this experience went and how poorly it was handled, I will not be doing business here. I dropped some shoes off after Derby to be cleaned 2 WEEKS ago. I was told it would be a week before they were ready as they have to send them out and to come back the following week to pick them. Not a problem. I came back the following week to pick them up and they said that their cleaner was on vacation for a day so it postponed the services for A DAY so to come back and pick the shoes up Saturday (a few days later), so I did. Came back Saturday to yet STILL no shoes. OK fine. I asked the girl (who was polite and apologized) when they will actually be back because I was told to come today, so she said come back Tuesday as they should definitely be in then. Well it is now Tuesday. The 3rd time I have come to pick them up and now 2 weeks later. When I picked up my shoes they looked LIKE THIS. THEY WERE NEVER EVEN CLEANED! Like I said, all of my dry cleaning has come out great no complaints, but the extreme unprofessional lack of communication AND not to mention getting my shoes back 2 weeks later not even touched?! Needless to say I will not be going here anymore.

I received incredibly bad treatment and racist service. One of the old ladies behind the desk assumes black customers are stealing debit cards and dry cleaning they have the receipt for. I called the other branch to ask if it was typical to withhold ID while verifying my debit card to make a 20 dollar purchase and they said that is NOT company policy. I will NEVER be using this service again, and I have let everyone I know not to use this dry cleaner. oh, and the "owner" was supposed to give me a call and never called back because all they care about is taking your money. They treated my white boyfriend VERY differently than they treated me (never asked him for ID). Too bad she didn't know we live together and he drops my suits off. Apparently the "owner" is okay with bad treatment of his customers because I've read several of his responses to complaints here and on BBB and he is rather argumentative. I'm assuming he's employing family which is why they get away with such disgusting behavior with no consequences. To Scott: The merchant agreement for mastercard/visa states that you cannot ask for ID when the customer has a debit card. This is the purpose of the PIN number. You violated your terms, and they can take you visa/mastercard privileges away for this. You need to get your employees in check. I reported your business to Visa anyway.
