BMW of Tulsa made this by far the best experience I have ever had with any dealership.
First, when I emailed some questions about the car I was interested in, they emailed me back with answers & followed up with a phone call. They didn’t call me 18 times in a day like other dealerships have done after I reached out. And those calls from other dealerships rarely even attempted to answer my questions, just tried to schedule me for a test drive.
Second: fair prices. The deal you see on the website is the deal they will offer you when you get on the lot. They gave me a fair offer on my trade-in as well. And I did my homework on the value of the car I was trading in and the one I was purchasing. This was a good deal.
Next, once I got my questions answered and I was ready to schedule a test drive, salesperson Scott Parker was laid back & patient with all of my questions. Not pushy at all.
Then, Finance Director Todd Montgomery was also patient when explaining the Warranty options. I asked him to go over it 3 times to make sure I fully understood the options and why they were specifically important to the car I was purchasing.
The whole staff made me feel like a truly valued customer and that they cared about the car I was buying as much as I did.
I would do business with BMW of Tulsa again anytime.

Easy to schedule an appointment, I was able to get in within a few days of the initial phone call. Barry was assigned to me and he walked me through what they were going to check on my car. He asked if I had any other concerns that I wanted them to look at. I waited for the car in the nice little waiting room. They have donuts, coffee and water. My appointment took longer than expected because there was a nail in my tire. Very happy and satisfied with the work performed on my car and the level of customer service from Barry and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend this place!!

If you own a BMW, do not....i repeat, DO NOT take your vehicle to BMW of Tulsa for maintenance. They tried to charge me $6800 for repairs after trying to charge me $3800 three months earlier.
They don't offer helpful information. They don't care if you are traveling a half mile or 500 miles to get there....they will only tell you to bring your vehicle in for prompt, rapacious gouging no matter how simple the issue is.
The reason I give them 1 star is that they do offer free diagnosis of problems.....which is somewhat decent of them. But here's my advice: get the assessment, order the parts yourself and have a different, cheaper mechanic install them. My issues with the spark plugs, ignition coils and light bulbs cost me about $450 to fix this way and now the car purrs like a kitten and is back to streaking down the road again. Definitely a better deal than the $1334 that BMW of Tulsa was going to charge for it. ($937 for the ignition coils and spark plugs, $397 for the bulb replacement). And by the way, the issue with the ignition coils and spark plugs was somehow missed 3 months earlier when I had them replace the starter for the low price of $900.
So, if you somehow have more money than sense, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, a fool and his money are soon parted when it comes to BMW of Tulsa.

Like the online quote and description and details of what is recommended to be repaired. Mechanics found other problems that I was unaware of. Got the car back and drove it. Right away, the car began to overheat when sitting idol. Also, front headlight on passenger side is not working. I’m curious on how these two items were missed? That car is 1998 528i with 100,000 miles. I will have to bring it back in.

Usually happy with the service, but this experience was not up to par... I did have an issue with my air conditioning unit which took a couple of days for them to fix, but I never got a call when the car was ready... It was sitting for three days at the service area... finally I called to check on it after the weekend and no one called me back until 6pm which I was told the car had been ready for three days but it was too late to pick up that day... so I had to wait until the morning. The service work was terrific, but the communication was not good. No one thought to call and tell me when it was ready. Plus, when I picked my X5 up after being there so long, it was not washed... I would think an establishment like that would wash a vehicle when its in for service... other non BMW dealerships wash the vehicles in for service. It's a nice touch for the customers.
