I had a 5 star experience the 1st time I took my car there! If you deal with service your best bet is to deal with Jesse, no one else even cared to look at me! Subaru fixed my transmission that was out of warranty for free anyway.
The next time, 0 stars, I take my car back for an oil change only, they rotate my tires which I told them not to because it had been done a few days before, well they did and stripped one wheel stud and left a lug nut off of it, while leaving another lug nut seized halfway onto the stud and not tight against wheel, did not tell me and let me drive off unsafe, also did not tell me that my tag lights were out and let me drive off unsafe. if you are going to inspect the car then they need to let you know that they do, and what they find, not let you drive off unsafe

Michael was very knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Between being a Subaru dealer and having driven one for many years he had lots of helpful information and real world experiences. He facilitated an easy purchase and I never felt pressured. Would highly recommend!

I had been bugging Kyle Montgomery for about a year about getting a Subaru. I finally pulled the trigger this week. Every time I talked with Kyle he was welcoming, never overbearing, and especially informative. There was no oppressive sales pitch to sit through. Just real people selling cars. Defintely a great first car buying experience.

I purchased a 2015 sti here. They treated me nice at first. Every time when I come back to do my oil change here and look around at the car lot, no one ever greets me or welcome me. I guess the salesman probably don’t think a young teen like me can’t afford nice cars even thought I own their top of line car. Recently I needed to replace my short block and Subaru’s “master technician” (MT)did a horrible job on it. After a long month of being lied too about when my car will get done, they finally called me to pick up my car. When I got there, the MT forgot to put a bolt on my engine back and oil came out everywhere. They asked me to give them a couple days to repair it again. When I finally got the car back, there was scratches and curve rashes on my front tire that Subaru denied. Oh yeah, the service Manager will cuss you out too if you put out their flaw that they did on your vehicle. Take your money elsewhere, you’ll be much happier.

This was a great experience. Michael Altman is a super sales person and very knowledgeable about the car. He is also very patient and made sure that we were comfortable with the car before we drove off. We would definitely recommend him to our friends if they are looking for a car.
