Also I had never financed before always bought outright so this was my first finance experience but the process was so painless, thanks to Chuck. I found the exact-optioned, color combo 2012 Land Rover LR4 I had been looking for online at Jackie Cooper Imports. They are in Tulsa & I am in NE Florida. Mike Gaston was great; very responsive & professional! Thoroughly went over the vehicle with me & instilled my confidence for this long-distance, sight-unseen transaction. Doug in Business Office was great, too. Mike even hooked me up with a fantastic shipping agent. The LR4 arrived today & my wife & I couldn't be happier! I called these guys at 4pm on a Saturday, wondering if the cheapest car on the lot, a Ford Expedition, was still available. They encouraged me to come in despite the late hour, as they closed at 6. We showed up a little later, and our salesman met us outside, with the car pulled up and cooling off in the 95 degree heat. The whole process was smooth and easy. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Excellent! Great to work with! Mike Gaston and Jackie Cooper Imports were very good to work with in buying my most recent vehicle. We stopped in one evening, met Mike, visited and test drove the vehicle I was interested in. I knew the exact make, model, engine, etc. that I was looking for and would of gone a good distance to get the right price for the car I wanted. For what it's worth, I have left the state several times in the past to make other automobile purchases. However, from the beginning, Mike Gaston showed he cared, didn't pressure me, answered my questions, communicated well, worked with me in a professional and friendly manner that made Jackie Cooper Imports the right place to purchase this vehicle. Jackie Cooper had the vehicle we wanted and Mike Gaston was a pleasure to work with through out the entire process. Thank you Mike for taking great care of us. I’m a very cynical car shopper, but I must say that the car buying process with Doc was the best car buying experience for me. He’s personable, professional, fun & knows his stuff! I love my new ride, feel like we got a fair deal & appreciate Doc & the Jackie Cooper staff for taking great care of us.
