Awesome store, awesome selection and even better staff! I drove over 500 miles to do business with Corey at Jackie Cooper! He was very upfront, and seemed to love his job... He made me very comfortable with buying a vehicle out of state and the entire staff made me feel like I made the right choice. I would gladly do business with Jackie Cooper BMW and Corey again. Best and easiest car purchase experience we've ever had. NO haggling. NO back and forth negotiations. We had done our research, made an offer and it was accepted. Our salesman, Timothy Chestnut, was incredible throughout the selection, order and final sale. He kept us updated on the status of our special order as our car was being built and shipped. Upon delivery, we asked for the current rebate available that we could see online which was $5500. They instead found a $7500 rebate and applied it to our purchase. Truly outstanding service! We highly recommend them and will be back as needs arrive. Max, the BMW genius, was amazing as well in teaching us about all the high-end technology our 530e offers. He was very patient in walking us through the features rather than doing things himself which was more amenable for learning. Keep up the good work and hang on tight to your exceptional salesman, Timothy and genius, Max. They deserve accolades!

I see buyers leaving 5 star reviews, and that may be a whole different experience...getting your car worked on is a joke. I came in for an airbag recall replacement that takes less than 5 mins to fix. The parts department slipped up and told me the airbag recall wouldn't be a simple changing out of the airbag, and they would have to do more things to it. So I already had knowledge in advance, before the service department tells me a long list of other things they wanted to do to my car (things non-related to an airbag change) and that I had to go through "Their Process..." also known as coercion. So when I told them all I was interested in was the airbag being replaced, they again said it was their way or the highway. So I refused to be pushed around and had to leave with a potentially fatal airbag in our X3. Save your money and don't waste your time...Jackie Cooper BMW does not live up to the 'BMW Quality Service Standards' If you need repairs, look elsewhere! @Response from owner: Don't try to turn this around and pin it on me, by saying "I understand that you simply wanted to get the airbag replacement part from us. We have legal obligations when it comes to safety recalls. We are required by BMW to have our certified technicians perform the work in our shop." I asked the service department to have a technician install my airbag, not hand it over to me! They refused when I wouldn't let them do anything else to my car except the airbag. Nice try...this will now be turned over to the Better Business Bureau!

I have spent 3000$ in less than 4 months & the issue was never corrected. My 5 series would shut off while driving. After 2 emails & 3 phone call requests, the GM never responded to me after shaking my hand & stating, "if I can do anything to help, let me know." When trying to purchase a different vehicle, from them, after sitting unattended to for 3 hours, I was told we will call you tomorrow. That tomorrow turned into 4 days of no communication subsequently leading to 5 days of waiting for nothing. 2 weeks later I went to a different dealer & filled out an application online. I received a phone call later that evening asking me to pick out a vehicle. The very next day we arrived for our appointment & 96 MINUTES later drove off in a brand new vehicle. What's interesting, in inspecting my old car for the trade in, I was told what the problem was with my old car & it was a 300$ fix in about an hour or so. The suggested fix was never even looked by BMW, based on my receipts from the service department. Being a disabled veteran honesty & integrity are uncompromisable. DONT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION!

My first experience with this dealership had been mind blowing. From the time I search for the vehicle to taking delivery was perfectly time and I was treated with utmost respect and honesty. I flew in and my sale professional was at the airport waiting for me. As we drove to the dealership, Chris gave history of his city he loves and mentioned historical buildings and places. When we got to the dealership, I was applauded with the beauty and layout of the dealership as I first spot my M vehicle. Chris shows me the vehicle in its’ perfection and it was detailed as if to be delivered. Chris gave me a tour of Mr. Cooper’s history and hard work as I noticed a vast network of employees working together to please customers and I was very pleased and impressed. The wait to speak with the Financial Manager was short and when Mr. Bui came out to introduce himself, he made me feel at ease and appreciated. He thanked me for my business and proceeded with making sure everything went well and that everyone had given me a red carpet treatment. He offered me beverages before we got down to the finance process. His explanation of the vehicle history and warranty were very detailed and he presented additional products to make sure my ownership was well enjoyable. His explanation of the process was not pressure and he was very professional and knowledgeable of everything. To have a team of working professional like these made my purchase enjoyable and I will definitely give everyone and this a 5+ rating. Where else can you go wrong if the price you get is the best in the country and the treatment is priceless. Thank you Chris and Mr. Bui!
