Bob Moore Mazda

Had to get a full clutch replacement recently. This was my first ever experience with a dealership, I've always paid cash for vehicles and had repairs done at mom and pop type garages. I was pretty impressed by Bob Moore Mazda. No pressure to trade in my vehicle as opposed to getting the work done, clear communication about when parts were arriving and costs. Zack was the person I dealt with and overall it was a great experience.

They told me that everything on my car was good to go and that nothing was wrong with the car. I even asked them to disclose anything wrong with the car and they said nothing was wrong that we don't know about. Turns out that I bought a car with a bent rim, which they tried to fix and still didn't tell me about it, and a bearing that was going out on the driver side. It has been 3 weeks since I have bought the car and still don't have my title. Even when my dealer tag is about to expire. They have not been wanting to communicate about all the problems and just keep ignoring me. The car is good condition besides those things. I'm very irritated with not being disclosed those things. I would not buy another car from this dealer ever again.

Matt and Zack in the Mazda Service Department always give extraordinary service and I feel they go above and beyond my expectations all the time with my car and my daughters car. I normally am very skeptical in regards to car dealerships but Bob Moore Mazda has restored my faith in providing exceptional customer service and guaranteeing I’m 100% satisfied. Thank you Matt and Zack!

We had an amazing experience. We had a car in mind when we went. Carl showed it it us. Car was Not exactly what we thought. Carl listened to us and the next car he showed us was "the one". The finance department was friendly and helpful. The entire experience was wonderful

I’ve been bringing my CX-5 here for service and maintenance for 4 years. It’s hands down not only the best dealer service departments I’ve ever been to, but the best service department period. I’ve always been treated courteously. I’ve always had the work done in a timely manner. Every cost is explained. They’ve tried to help me take advantage of coupons, and even changed the battery on my keyless entry remote. They’re also quick to respond, and will do their absolute best to work me in if there’s a problem. I’d think about getting a Mazda again just because I know this service department will always do their best.
