Audi Oklahoma City

I despise Car dealerships and Audi completely turned that opinion around for me this weekend. Taylor was our salesman. He was very understanding in my needs, he wasn't pushy whatsoever and I could tell he genuinely cared about my best interest vs selling me a car to put a commission in his pocket. In hitting negotiations I dealt a little bit with Chris, Taylor's sales manager and he too was VERY respectful and such a pleasure to work with. In exchanging vehicles yearly due to tax purposes... I have had experience with quite a few dealerships and quite a few salesmen/managers and these two by far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return! Thank you SO much for the great experience in our purchase.

It was great working with the group at Audi of OKC. Darrell was very friendly and helpful, as was everyone I dealt with from sales managers to finance. I came from Wichita to check out a specific vehicle, and they made the entire process very easy. I was able to negotiate a price over the phone before driving two hours, and there was no pressure once I arrived. The car was waiting for me at the door, and they allowed me plenty of time to check it out to make sure I was happy with it. Overall a great experience!

Great Service! I took my 2012 Audi in for repairs. The staff (Jose Santos) were super knowledgeable. They had my loaner car available upon arrival. I was informed of every step of the way via text straight from Mr. Santos. Overall I was very pleased! I give them 2 thumbs up! Thanks OKC Audi!!

Easy exchange to leave car and get a loaner. Perfect set up for getting some chores finished. They texted when the car was ready and when I got there the car was clean and serviced. Very customer focused dealership (great snacks and coffee too!) Thanks to Kyle and the crew for getting me on my way.

Went in for recall notice repair, knowing we had a screw in the passenger front tire. When we picked up the car ( dirty for a car that had a complimentary wash and vacuum..?), we were told how good the tires looked. When my wife mentioned the screw, they were dumbfounded. They seem to be more interested in the service upsale, than focusing on the reason the appointment was made. I will say that they provided a nice courtesy car.
