Bob Howard Nissan

My car is a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Just four years old and bought it as brand new in 2014. Few weeks ago it's radio switch on but no sound came out.I went to Bob Howard for that and also to complete few recalls. They did all the recalls successfully. However, they did not figure out what is wrong with the radio and suggested to replace the radio.Therefore, I had to pay total of $1004 for the new radio what they suggested. When I request my old radio back they said that they sent it to Nissan and cannot give my old radio back.So I had to pay the full amount and came back without my old radio. Also, I did not receive a explanation about what was wrong with my old radio.

I brought my car in to be appraised by Nissan in order to sell it. I was quoted a price, but the expected and necessary follow-up did not happen. I called Colt to see what I need to do to sell the car to Nissan, and he never returned my call. I also called the financial/ business manager and left a message asking him to call me and he never called me either. I made these calls to these two men almost 2 weeks ago, I still have not heard from them regarding the sale of my car.

Nice staff. They said it would take about an hour, and it took about an hour, so they were true to their word. Nice waiting area. No complaints here!

We have been bringing our cars (3 Nissans) to this dealership in Edmond (Broadway Ext) for over 15 years and experience the best customer service, value and service ever! They have always done an exceptional job. We recommend the service department above all! Kudos and thank you for keeping this family of Nissan owners happy!

Their service department has great people but I'm more and more disappointed in their wait times regardless of an appointment or not. If you go in for a simple oil change and do not have anyone to pick you up it is at the very least a 2 hour wait time. That is outrageous!!!!! My husband has a KIA that he takes in for an oil change and he has never waited more than 30 minutes and they have great customer service as well. If I was taking my car in for more than oil change I can understand the wait time being a lot longer and you would need an appointment and or dropping off the car to pick up later. They need a way better system for tracking time needed for the different maintenance services they offer!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not stress this enough. Needless to say the next survey I get from them will not be so pretty.
