Bob Howard Acura

Bob Howard Acura and particularly Chris Knight are fantastic! I decided to make the 40 minute drive from Norman, OK, to Bob Howard Acura after spending dozens of hours researching various car dealerships and used cars for sale in Oklahoma and Texas. Chris Knight was able to make an appointment that fit my unpredictable schedule and was waiting outside when I showed up (he even provided helpful directions for getting there). Chris showed me several used cars that fit my needs (single owner, under 30k miles, no accidents, etc.), and I eventually--after reviewing about 5 great options--decided on a fantastic 2017 Honda Fit with under 14k miles. I got a great deal on my trade in, and amazing financing as well: no early payment fees, etc. As a graduate student, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks, Chris, and thanks, Bob Howard Acura!

I did not have any problems with there customer service. They treated me and my family great. Colby answered all my questions. Was very respectful and did everything he could to make my experience go smoothly. Then we went to see the finance guy Shea. He was awesome. Explained everything very well, and was just a great caring guy. Usually hate going to buy a car but they made it so much more enjoyable. Most likely won’t go anywhere else to buy a car than Bob Howard.

I came in to get a B-1 service. While I was there I needed to have them check our squeaky brakes and fix our phone connection, found a staple in the tire and check it out plus asked to see if anything could be done on the hesitation on pulling out in traffic. 1) the staple came out was told no air leaks. 2) the brakes did not squeak, no solution. 3) B-1 service was okay 4) phone problem, sent a salesman out and he could not fix and told us to wait and see if the car will remember my voice. If not bring back to service. That was why I came in as one of the things to fix. 5) nobody checked out the hesitation and was told if the mechanic did not notice anything when checking the brakes nothing can be done. He has to file the report. I have always in the past been impressed with the service and sales. They made sure everything was good. I have bought 4 cars and it looks like things have dropped In quality from the past. May change to Lexus on my next car.

My husband and I shopped at several different dealerships and looked at different models of cars. We ended up purchasing 2018 Acura TLX for me. Our salesman, Jared, was professional, knowledge and provided excellent customer service. We got a great deal on this awesome car. Would recommend to others.

Greg Harrison is great! He had to check on pricing for me and promptly called me back with complete info. He noted my account so when I arrived for my appt, Eric knew exactly what had been quoted. The repair was done while I waited in much shorter time than I expected. Great service!
