I really appreciate the attentiveness to detail when it comes to service on my car. I spend a lot of time in my vehicle and don't want to worry about things not running right or breaking down. Reggie is my service technician. I appreciate his upbeat attitude and recommendations for service to keep my car running like it should and lengthening its life. Its important for me to have advisors to make better choices, I value the relationship with Reggie and Bob Moore for the quality service that is provided.

Exceptional customer service. Fast, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Bob Moore Cadillac employees give their clients first class service. It is NEVER a hassle when I set an appointment. My car is always ready on time, clean and ready to go. I cannot recommend a better dealership and their amazing care for clients. Ryan Brosnan should be commended for his professionalism and top notch service. This is my first Cadillac and I never knew a dealership could be so helpful and accommodating. A+++++

Always great service! Doug is the BEST service advisor at Bob Moore Cadillac! Very easy to set appointments for services, and always have a loaner vehicle ready when I get there. Could not ask for better service!

What started off as a normal Monday quickly turned for the worse while driving to work. I topped over a hill and there was a huge pot hole in the road that I couldn’t avoid. My front passenger tire hit the hole and immediately the tire was losing air. I was able to make it to Bob Moore Cadillac just as the Service Department opened at 7AM. They quickly took my car back to determine the damage to the tire. Sadly to say, it required a new tire. But I was immediately given a loaner car and made it to work in time. My car was ready at 5:30 as promised. I greatly appreciate the Service Department and how great they treat me as a customer.

Excellent customer service in the maintenance division. Ryan is the best at what he does. I can easily text and get my car in quickly. No rush to get back. Ask for him to be your maintenance supervisor and you won't be disappointed.
