Land Rover of Oklahoma City

My first Range Rover. I received great communication on when I should bring the car in. I was told ahead of time that they would have no loaners (boo-hoo). I left the car and was given a detail of its issues. It was repaired in good order and the particulars were covered. I was well-received and treated with courtesy while I waited and even given information on certain ride functions when I picked the vehicle up. I've put the vehicle through the paces, since I've had it back a few weeks and all is well. Exemplary service indeed!!!

Awesome Service! Mike Morris always gives a First-Class service! Got my Range Rover Sport in with a loaner in 5 minutes, & serviced w wash in a couple of hours. What a great Team! I love the car & the support! Thank you ALL!😃

Bought a Range Rover Discovery sport, (online and from out of state), verified based on the dealer sticker from sales person it had options we wanted. Paid full price based on it all options we wanted. First there was delays on getting paper work processed, when the car was received turned out one of the features listed on the dealer sticker was not included the SUV. ($6000 feature) Land Rover of Oklahoma then decided to text me and stated that we need to read the fine print that they were not responsible for any errors or accuracy that the dealer sticker was incorrect. The MD had stated on a call it was the responsibility of the sales guy to make sure it had the features we wanted. Sales guy has disappeared into the sunset, never called or texted back. MD told me he would call me back once he had spoken to the sales person, 2+ weeks later this dealership has never called me back and at this point probably never will hoping we never call back. Remember this is a Land Rover dealership, based on the handling of everything you would think we where dealing with a buy here pay here dealership. Again we paid full price for the car believing it had the options listed verified with the sales guy who was handing the transaction. Sales guy disappeared along with their top management. I am a fair person all they had to do was come to a reasonable agreement to resolve the issue, instead they choose to not bother with a follow up call as promised and ran into the sunset hoping we would give up. A formal complaint will be sent to Land Rover USA.

I'm amazed with the service and treatment I was given while having my Range Rover serviced for the first time. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Happy I did business with them.

Great experience! I loved the service and hospitality provided. Hubby and I drove from Texas to Oklahoma to purchase vehicle. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
