The food is excellent however, our service was absolutely TERRIBLE!! Not only did our waiter get the order wrong TWICE but I had to get my own refill and get my own creamer. I won't be visiting this location again!

Overall I was very impressed. Our waitress was very attentive and the food quality was higher than I remembered even though it had been over 10 years ago probably. I will return which is something that I didn't see myself saying when I walked in based on their prior reputation. However I was pleasantly surprised by the decor the menu choices and the food quality. I would much rather go to BE's (@this location) than a Denny's IHOP or Shoney's any day of the week.

Really wish they would open one in Chesapeake or Norfolk, VA. Good food and great staff.
