Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel

My original review was 5 stars but it has since changed. The store is still clean and neat. The employees are very. Lots of great sales. I enjoy the vast selection of shirts that they have. However the selection of mens shoes is almost non-existent. They increases the area of women's shoes and men's boots by a lot. I will change my review back to 5 stars.

Had my 10 bobs reward certificate. You still have to buy something over 10. Wouldn't let me use it to buy something for 9.99. Left the store empty handed. Most of the time shoes are overpriced unless you have a coupon.

If you're a person who knows what they want, this is a great place. If you want individual attention, not so much. They often have sales, and the people at the service desk are very helpful. While I never have felt out of place, The store is geared towards, and staffed by teens, and college age people, no baby clothes.

Bought gift certificates. Was fairly quick in and out in 15 minutes. Gave me $5 for every $25 gift certificate. If you buy large amounts in a single certificate you still only get $5. Per certificate. It's a new policy.

Awesome place to shop, and the discounts are amazing, my favorite place to shop.
