delicious tea. I had the slim Chai, tasted great. wait time was pretty lengthy, I think we waited about 7 minutes. they also have taro flavored which i am excited to try soon. boba tea us known for little black balls (tapioca balls) that you suck up with your tea, the straws have 2 or 3 times the diameter of normal mcdonalds/burger king straws. would recommend this place to friends if line is low or if you have time to waste.

Great flavor teas!!! It does get a bit packed at times but I really like this place. Mall parking is hit or miss if you aim for parking that is close but all in all no issues. The staff is courteous. No problems using my card. Located on the second level of the Coronado mall near H&M and Zales.

im not sure whats wrong with this location but it seems as if the employees dont care about you at all. if youre new they get frustrated explaning anything, if youve been around here they treat you awful if they dont like you they put other stuff in your drink to make it taste weird and they get offended if you tell them to redo the drink. theres this short girl who just flat out gives attitude in return for a purchase, the guys mostly always show positve attitude but some of the girls there just arent great . It looks like a lot of the employees are new, majority ive never seen before and majority show lack of interest to just be positive in general, but aside from that there used to be a couple of them that did their very best to make you happy even if it was just a question, they took the time but i dont see them here anymore, they probably left. ill still be getting my boba fix but maybe not from here.
