Boba Tea

I like boba tea and usually this location is okay. But today 3 dumbass teenage kids made everyone wait about an hour for their drinks. Two of the kids left to the back and only one was working the front and making drinks. This is ridiculous. They need to get rid of these slow kids and hire a good team who is motivated and wants to work. Not some lazy ass punks!

I love Boba Tea, however I have had a terrible experience with the location in the Santa Fe Place Mall. I will preface this complaint by saying they were VERY busy and VERY understaffed. My drink , Cabana Boy, was first given to me un-blended. When that was corrected it was heavily watered down, barley blended left with chunks of ice. My husband and sons drinks were also heavily watered down. I would NOT RECOMMEND the Santa Fe location to anyone.

This location sucks. Abq locations are always on point. They need more help at this location. Every time I've gone here I'm waiting in line for 20 minutes plus. My drink is made half ass and the lids are never securely put on so my drink leaks out.

Excellent drinks & friendly employees. I had the Kangaroo, it was very good!
