Boba Tea Company

I love Boba Tea, but I will no longer use this location. If there is more than one person in line expect a long wait, because there is typically only 1-2 employees staffed. I used to be a regular at the Nob Hill location and the staff was incredibly sweet. I always felt welcomed and I would stop in 3+ times a week. I moved to NE Albuquerque, so this location was more convenient for me, but I instantly noticed the decrease in customer service. I've also been to all the locations in Albuquerque and this is the only location that has repeatedly messed up my order, to the point where I've thrown away a full drink. I try my best to promote deserving businesses by writing positive reviews, but I have nothing positive to say about this location. I had a bad experience with an employee today and he was incredibly condescending. Visit this location if you want less than mediocre service.

I’m here right now. Walked in and stood at the counter for 6 or 7 minutes. At about 5 minutes another guy walked in and stood in line as well. I finally said to the guy behind the counter “Are you taking orders?” He said “Yes.” He had been standing there washing things and organizing the back area without a single word or greeting the entire time. I would suggest customer service training.

Young lady and young man working tonight at 8pm were very patient with large family ignoring their children running around. Luckily I had just ordered a Suckerpunch which has become my favorite. Store was clean and welcoming as were the employees.

Very friendly employees always working here. Easy to talk to and speedy with making your drink. Parking lot usually very uncrowded.
