Great customer service, employees are fast and friendly. I highly recommend the blue berry and black tea mix.

Went to go get tea and sign said open from 11-7 and they weren't even open. There wasn't even a sign that said closed for holidays will return on such day. Nothing and from reading other reviews I'm glad that I didn't go.

The boba milk tea flavor was ok but the tapioca pearls they added I believe were old and hard. Maybe stale? Definitely not as chewy and soft as other places I've been. I couldn't eat the pearls.
