The most delicious food and the most friendly staff. When I forgot once to order cheese for the kids burgers they quickly added it and were very understanding. For dining with young kids it is spectacular due to their speedy preparation and kids adore the many dip choices. They even have tall high chairs to match their tall tables. All ages delight. Get "the heat" if you like spice- incredible. We love Boise Fry!

If you are downtown, near the Capitol building, Boise Fry Company is a great place for lunch or dinner. I was with a party of 6 and we all liked our burgers.
The unique offer is the French fried potatoes. They offer unique fries from many varieties of potato. We ordered Russet, Laura and purple potato fries. They have Yukon Gold and more!
Nearby parking is metered at a nominal rate.

Excellent selection of meat, different types of potato, home made mix sauces and salts, and an eclectic range of craft beers set inside a warehouse style premise. Friendly staff and a great ambience. And, above all, the food tasted ace!! Wanted to eat far more but didn't want to be fat bastard. Tremendous! Boise Fry Company, I salute you.

This was our first visit out to Boise, and my wife read the reviews about how all their fries are Gluten free, so she was able to eat them. They have a wonderful selection, lots of different salts to go on the fries too! Place is small and a bit noisy, but real estate downtown is very expensive, so you work with what you have. My Burger and fries (I got the curly ones) were great! Would certainly go there again.

I was really excited to try this place. I had a delicious bison burger, but I made the mistake of getting their shoestring fries. I have never had bad shoestring fries anywhere before so I thought they would be great. But these were more like the size of thread. They were cut SO thinnly that it seemed like I was just eating fried oil.
Skip the shoestring, and you'll enjoy.
