Amazingly delicious dishes characterize this wonderful location. Service was average when I visited, but their fares will have me coming back at least once more before I leave Boise (I'm from the East Coast, here on business). Out of the myriad of restaurants I've visited, I can confidently say that their boneless beef ribs deserve a gold star of excellence! The meat practically falls apart on its own to the point that you don't even need a knife to cut it at all! And their salads are generously loaded far beyond anything a nationwide chain would offer - a salad should offer roughage, and Fork's definitely does! I highly recommend visiting this place for lunch, dinner, or anything in between!

Great food every time, love the staff always very friendly, food came quickly but not too fast. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly, and my old fashioned was delicious! I always enjoy coming here to eat. The walk at night around there area it fun as well. Would recommend to anyone who likes good food and a nice time!

I didn't hate it. But the food is not good. Like, at all... I've been here twice just to confirm my feelings from my first visit. It's a good place to sit outside with friends and enjoy drinks. May as well drink what the waiter recommends, because if you ask for something you like it will be terrible. Water tastes like they have really horrible plumbing. Ask for bottled water with the sealed cap. Servers and hostesses are decent.

Good service, okay drinks. Inconsistent, but it was also very busy when I went [around 6pm on a Friday]. Steak was good, potatoes were great. Everyone in my party seemed pleased with their order. Service was good, not terribly personal, but again, it was busy when I went, so that might be different during slower hours.

This was my first time visiting Fork and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and so was the food. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. I will definitely visit again when back in Boise.
