I am so glad I decided on breakfast here. The service was great. Going in I expected just a normal run of the mill breakfast, however, the food was excellent. I ordered the Half biscuits n gravy with eggs n sausage. Being from the south, I know my biscuits n gravy but these had a taste of their own. And the sausage! I don’t know what they do but this was the best sausage I’ve ever had. It’s a long trip back but I will go there again someday.

We ate here for the first time in December based on a recommendation from a friend. We drove all the way from Boise just to try it out and we were not disappointed! We arrived to have a very late lunch around 2:00 on a Saturday and it was still packed inside. I'm told that is very common for them. The food was very good and the pie was amazing! We will definitely return.

This place has REEEALLLY good food. I’m not kidding. The fingersteaks are made of prime rib. Everything is made from scratch including the pies. Banana cream pie is like 6” tall and has amazing flavor. The servers that work here are all fast and very nice. If you’re looking for small town hospitality and out of this world homemade food, make sure you check this place out.

We love this place. We stop for pie every time we are in Idaho City. Her pies are outrageous in size and taste. Great food. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. All 3 menu's have home style goodness. It's also fun to see all the history displayed in the restaurant.

Delicious. Veggie burger was very good. Cole slaw is amazing. Fun atmosphere. Will return soon.
