Burger Theory Nampa, Idaho

I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. First our waitress has a huge hickey on her neck which in my opinion is super unprofessional. Second my husband ordered a well done burger and even had a two minute conversation on how he did not like pink in his burger and when the burger came out it was mushy raw. The waitress took his burger to the back and “recooked” it and brought the same burger back. For a $15.50 burger they should have gotten a new burger. Even after his burger came back it was still one of the worst burgers he has had. My husband ended up finishing the kids meal burger because his was so horrible. Third when we got our bill we were charged for kid drinks that were suppose to come with the kids meal and they never offered the desert that also comes with the kids meal. I would recommend saving your money and going to Burger King. Even if I was comped a free burger I would never come back.

Absolutely the best burgers in Idaho. Clean environment and spectacular burgers. As good as my homemade ribeye burgers if not better. Perfect and exact execution. My been favorite burger place in Idaho. Sorry Ruth's Chris.

Let me start off by saying I have worked several restaurants and know the expectations of the establishments and their employees. I went over to Burger Theory to meet up with my extended family, and got there a little bit late. My family had already been there for about ten minutes and had no drinks, which was no big deal because it meant we could all order together. Well we sat there for another 10min with no service whatsoever until a girl came by and informed us that our server would be with us shortly. After waiting for another 5 min with no service we decided to leave. As we were leaving not one person stopped to say bye, or to ask why we were leaving, it was like we didn’t even exist! So I decided to stick around and ask for a manager... which never came. They sent out a shift lead for me to talk to. I explained the him that we sat there for 25 min without drinks or anyone even acknowledging us. He apologized and said the server said we had only been there like 15 min, but had yet to come by. He offered free drink coupons and that was it. Overall it was a very unsatisfactory first visit to this location and I will not be returning. I didn’t even get to try the food. Seems to me they might be biased on who they give service to.

I've had breakfast and lunch here, food is amazing along with service. Our waitress Jennifer went above and beyond. I really hope they expand this store. Definetlty recommend this place for anyone that wants to try something new.

My wife and I came here for the first time. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super polite, attentive, and enthusiastic. The place was very clean and not too busy during the weekend lunch hour. The burgers were amazing. They were cooked perfectly the way we ordered them. The fries were well seasoned and tasted great. I paid the extra for onion rings, and they were equally delicious! Overall, the experience was great and my wife and I plan to come back and try some of their other burgers.
