Boulder Beer Company

We headed here for a post-hike lunch with our dog on a sunny may day. There was plenty of parking out front. We entered through the dog friendly entrance which is a gate that takes you directly to the patio. There was plenty of seating around 1230pm on a Sunday. Each table had an adjustable umbrella to keep tables in the shade. We were promptly greeted and served. Water for the dog including a bowl was easily accessible. We had the hazed beer, golden ale shandy, pork tacos, a burger, and the loaded baked potato soup. The black beans that came with my tacos were only okay, but everything else was delicious. Service was great. We plan to come back.

Went to Boulder Beer last night and for the first time felt that this place has no personality. Waiter was bland and did not offer anything other than taking our order, no followup. Ribs were very good. I have been going there since their opening and was glad to see familiar faces behind the bar and the waitstaff. Not anymore. Can't say that I will visit again. Was not a friendly place to drink/eat.

The food is decent. The beer is good but nothing special compared to other breweries in town. They do have really great outdoors seating. It can be a little cramped on evenings the weather isn't as good.

Nice atmosphere on the patio listening to the band. Blackened Shrimp Po boy with Due East NE IPA was delicious.

Really just alright. The beer is solid, but nothing new or interesting for modern palates. The food is pretty much the same. I really liked the beer garden, but inside is kind of weird and uncomfortable. The service was standard. Felt sort of like a chain restaurant.
