RiNo Beer Garden

The staff is always awesome. The food is seriously the worst. I’ve been here three times. The atmosphere is great, but even with a good staff and great atmosphere the food brings this place to one star. I feel like the owners put all the money into the image and zero into the menu. I’m bummed about it.

It was a beautiful afternoon so where better to go than a beer garden. The beer selection was good, the food was better than expected, and the ambiance was perfect! The big miss was our service. I was there with several friends from the service industry so we try to be pretty patient with service, but this just went from bad to worse. Everytime we ordered something additional, the server would take one or two items then walk away quickly without confirming no one else needed anything (which we typically did so it became a problem). They would come back multiple times asking our order again. And worst of all, they took our tabs at the end and forgot to bring us change and our CARD back. They had it in their pocket for over 15 minutes before returning to the table apologizing. We sat there for 15 minutes with no drinks, no order in, but just waiting for change. Not very good service. Everything else checked the boxes though. I hope to try again and get better service next time as the patio is a lovely oasis on a nice afternoon.

OMFG. That's how I feel about their weekend brunch. $5 bloodys and $10 bottomless mimosas are great all on their own. But then you add their incredible food and you're in for a treat!! We had the cinnamon roll French toast which is literally homemade cinnamon rolls prepared French toast style and is illegal in at least 10 countries. We also got the country fried steak breakfast which was incredible!! Seriously if you haven't checked this place out, DO IT. Thank me later.

Bar service was a little slow, but what do you expect for Friday night happy hour. Like the 10oz option. Affords you the option to try more beers. Of which, they have like 50+ on tap. A little pricey, but it is Rino. Food looked amazing with a lot of daily deals. Amazing outdoor patio/garden.

Came in on Tuesday after work and there were more waiters there than patrons. However after waiting 15 minutes for a check I had to track my waitress down to pay my bill. Today they were much busier but in the 20 minutes we were waiting, no one offered any service. I should also mention that the gnocchi served with a schnitzel I had there few months ago are probably the worst thing I ever ate. They resemble shoe soles in taste and texture. I did not think I would ever say this but I really miss Jake's.
