NEVER buy from their tent sale!!! That's where they get rid of all their junk that someone else didn't want. Even worse, the sales people LIE about the quality of the product. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY!!! The saleslady told us the mattress we wanted to buy was as good as new, that the customer that originally bought it just changed their mind. But on the receipt in the fine print they wrote "hole", explaining the large tear on the bottom that wasn't visible in their display!!
We paid for delivery, and they were kind enough to take our old bed. But here's the problem. They took our old bed! And the last thing they brought in from their truck was the mattress with a large tear on the bottom. I told them I didn't want it, but they said I would have to call Customer Service to get a new one, then the quickly took off while I was trying to call the store to get them to take their old mattress back on the truck while it was still at our house.
Customer Service eventually agreed to refund us if we bring the mattress back, or pay for another delivery charge. But that still leaves us without a mattress because they took our old one!!! And why do I have to pay for a delivery charge when this entire mess happened because their salesperson LIED to us, but then wrote 'hole' on the receipt in the fine print! They should be refunding us our original delivery charge!!!

I don't believe in giving one stars right off the bat so I am going to withhold that judgement until my issue is resolved. Currently I will give them 2 stars (05/30/2018) Recently went into the St. George store looking to purchase a sofa.(When I say recently I mean yesterday 05/29/2018) Talked with the sales person and found out that they had it in inventory at the distribution center. Told the sales person that I would be picking up the furniture the next day (05/30/2018). Called the distribution center to notify them that I was going to be heading out there to pick up the product that was sold to me. Come to find out that the next day they had sold the same item earlier today(05/30/2018) the other person had picked it up same day. According to the distribution center everything is first come first serve. So even though I purchased an item it was no longer available. Went to the customer service desk in the store to attempt to resolve the issue. While they did help me somewhat you could feel the disinterest in the persons attitude. The customer service rep told me the soonest that they could get the item in to me was the beginning of July. While my issue was somewhat resolved I am appalled that boulevard would practice their business this way. I wouldn't ever shop there again based on this experience. BE AWARE the item you buy may not actually be available even if they say it is.
Update: According to Boulevard there was a computer glitch and they have the item in stock. I have upgraded the review to three stars(05/31/2018) I do appreciate there swiftness in getting in contact with me. Will update rating further after I receive the product

The delivery was within the time frame given. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Any mess from setting things up was cleaned. They were patient as I decided where some furniture was going to be placed.
I felt like the sales people are low pressure. They do check on you often while you browse, but they just doing their job. When it came to price, I felt like I got a good deal. There are always sales or something going on so the price on the tags is not what you will pay. The selection is huge and there is even more if you don't find something at the store, they can order it.

The compressor on my fridge went out on a Thursday and was going to cost more than the fridge was worth to repair. I found a gorgeous LG refrigerator at an unbeatable price and it was delivered and set up the next day. I love it!

We purchased a fairly large piece of furniture for our living room (think heavy!) As the two guys loaded it into out truck, I jokingly asked them if they thought my husband and I could unload it (my husband has high expectations of his little wife) One of the guys, Nyle, asked where we lived. He was just clocking out and followed us home to help unload it! I call that "above and beyond service"! Thank you so much :)
