Salisbury Homes

I have built several homes with Salisbury down in St. George and it's been a great experience. I've worked directly with Bunny Sky and she's exceeded my expectations each time. She is quick to communicate, both good and not so good information, and went above and beyond. I didn't live in St. George at the time of building, and she was my eyes and ears throughout the whole process and really put my mind at ease. They finished on time (what builder ever does that!) and on budget. I'd highly recommend both Salisbury and Bunny!

We have REALLY enjoyed working with Salisbury Homes!! Working with JD Reese was amazing! He made everything so easy for us. He is very personable and was prompt to respond to every question we had at any given time and we had a lot of questions! He always had the answer. The building process went smoothly and if there was any concern JD was on it. Definitely recommend him as well as Salisbury Homes.

I’ve been a Subcontractor for Salisbury Homes for over 11 years, I have worked with many of their home owners before and after they have finished their homes and they are very happy and have had many great things to say about their experiences. I own a Custom Cabinet Manufacturing company that has supplied Salisbury Homes with My product for 10 plus years, from Townhouses, to Starter homes to Big Custom Parade homes, they can do it all. Rick Salisbury really knows how to put together great subdivisions with a wide variety of homes to choose from, and with super pricing. Right from the beginning you get great Sales agents, and a very talented design center staff, with very reliable Subcontractors who most have been with Salisbury Homes for years and years and care about the Quality and the final outcome on every home.

This was our first time building a new home. I am extremely high strung and stress about everything. JD Reese was amazing!!! He answered all my questions quickly . He would take pictures so I could see everything we requested was being done. On the walk through, he went through our home with a fine tooth comb. He noticed imperfections I missed, which says a lot!!! If you choose to build with Salisbury, I recommend using JD!!

Perfect other than waiting a long time after getting under contract. They were very easy to work with, one building started it went amazing fast. Really had a good experience.
