Central Utah Veterans Home

My father was one of the first 25 in the home back in 2013, and since day 1 the staff that worked directly with my father were kind, personable and understanding. My father recently passed and the staff was beyond compassionate. The extras that they did for him were unheard of and made his passing easier to handle.

I can't say enough good things about Central Utah Veteran's Home. I am so impressed! The rooms are spacious and residents can decorate them with their own things. Each room has a private bathroom. Groups of rooms are organized into pods with a central area with a living room and kitchen area. It feels homey. Everything is always clean and smells clean. The nurses and other staff have always been friendly and professional. They are attune to my father's individual needs and limitations. There are always activities and excursions the residents can choose to attend. I couldn't ask for a better place for my father. He is more active, social, and healthier than he was when he was living in his own home. I highly recommend it.

I've been after my dad for 3 years to come here. He finally agreed and is now a current resident. Very nice facility, staff and rooms. It's not your normal "old folks" home. Good food, helpful staff and large rooms. If your loved one is a veteran, I highly recommend this facility.

Central Utah Veterans Home is an outstanding facility!! The facility is beautiful, and provides the best care that I have seen in skilled nursing and rehab! The staff holds a high respect for our nations heroes and their families. I highly recommend the facility!!
