Candlelight Homes

We aren’t done with our home so I guess I would add before anything that full feedback is yet to be determined. So far they have been a fantastic builder to work with. Denise has been fantastic and I love the quality that I see in the plans and building materials. The experience has been smooth and they do a great job in the customer service aspect of the building experience.

This applies to both Candlelight homes and DAI. Promises one thing, and does another. We are waiting to hear back from them on our latest issues but buyers beware. If you cant find another builder and must go with candlelight, get everything in writing. We were told a small retaining wall would be built behind our house since our house elevation and the street were not equal, here we are 4 months later and now they want to come onto our property and grade away our backyard down to the level of the street so they can save a few bucks and we get stuck with a crappy backyard.

I have been so impressed with Candlelight Homes. Not only are their houses absolutely beautiful, but they have been great to work with. I worked specifically with Dave, and I would recommend him to any of my friends/family. He has been so helpful throughout the entire process and is always willing to answer any/all of my questions honestly. I have never felt pressured to add anything that I didn't truly want. He is very knowledgeable and has been so patient with me. I would 10/10 recommend building with Candlelight Homes.

Candlelight Homes is building some of my clients a home and they have been so great to work with! They are so organized they have made everything run smoothly. The best part is the home is beautiful and so well built!

Gina(new build sales) is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. Compared to other builders, Candlelight Homes has superior quality and craftsmanship in their homes. You can see the pride they take in every job. Not your average cookie cutter builder. They take their time, but it is worth the wait. You have my recommendation!
