Joel’s reputation clearly proceeds him. Truly a class act. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced about the area, the current market and negotiations. We closed in less then 30 days from offer to keys in hand. Amazing experience!!!

Joel and his team were great at working with my family in trying to both sell and buy a home.  He was always available to talk and worked around our strange schedules to show us homes, and even searched for homes that met our needs.  I'd use Joel again and again. Thanks All Utah Homes!

Joel and his team are phenomenal!  Not only did they take personal interest in our needs and wants but they delivered on their promise and got us into the home of our dreams.  If any future needs arise we will not go with anyone else except for Joel.

Joel was awsome. He help so much with the purchase of our new home and helped the sellers as they did not have a realtor themselves. He was very easy to reach whenever we had a question.
