Holmes homes has been great to work with in every step of our new build process. They have made the the experience as easy and stress free as possible. They have been willing to work with our hard schedules, kept us informed on the progress and are very on the ball with any changes or concerns. Their staff is so friendly and so helpful whenever we have had questions or requests. We love the quality of work, price point options available, and the functional floor plans. They have gone above and beyond helping us get what we want. And the ownership is as trustworthy and outstanding as it gets. We would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

We built our very first home with Holmes homes 20 years ago. We loved the home so much that we are doing it again! Love the quality they build with and the Personal customer service they provide. Excellent craftsmanship and great floor plans. Highly recommend Holmes homes.

We absolutely love our new house. Holmes Homes was great to work with. Kathie and Makay made the experience so amazing and completed things on time and as expected. Any question or concerns we had they answered and gave us peace of mind. The ownership of Holmes Homes stepped up and went above and beyond expectations. Thank you for building such a quality home and making the whole experience amazing! We would definitely refer Holmes Homes to anyone looking to buy or build a home.

Holmes Homes is Amazing. I am a realtor so I've had the pleasure of helping clients by with homes homes. I love all of their staff and agents but I would have to say that Beau White is one of my favorites. He listens very carefully to the questions and concerns of my buyers and is very good at finding the right fit for them. If you want the most cutting edge floorplans and a great design center experience this is the place to go.

Pretty unprofessional and misleading experience with these guys. We showed up to the model home and the guy working there didn't even look up from his computer for 2 awkward minutes while my wife and I stood there. Finally I said, "Hello?" and he finally acknowledged we existed. He didn't invite us to sit down, didn't ask what we were looking for, just went straight to how much we could pay. I mentioned we were pre-approved for $300 through my bank but told him their website caught my eye when it said they had homes starting in the 210s(don't be deceived, this is not true and has not been true for over a year). He apologized and said that the site needed to be updated, then proceeded to show us homes for 250 270. Don't get me wrong, I know I'll end up paying around that for a new townhome in the area I'm looking, but it felt like a bait and switch or just laziness not updating their site. A 10 or 20 thousand dollar difference is to be expected but 50+ is just false advertising. Helped me make my decision!
