Hardrock Homes

Update: I've now been in my home for 2.5 months and I'm loving it. Hardrock did a wonderful job on my home, however that doesn't mean there were no issues. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a home owner who didn't find some issues after they moved in, you just hope that you pick a builder who is going to build the house of your dreams with as few issues as possible. I believe that Hardrock was the right builder for me. My real estate agent was the Candice Evans Team who I highly recommend. It's been fun working with her whole team. As I mentioned before, my home was not without issues and I'm still waiting to have some of the items addressed, (I haven't been terribly fond of the painters) and I to be helpful to readers, I thought I would list a few issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed, most actually deal with sloppy painters, however, I thought it would be best to see if the issues get fixed in the next 30 days. Xing my fingers that they do at which point I'll update my review again. Original Review: They got beautiful homes. Plan on building with them.

Similar to other reviewers, we found Hardrock Homes shortly after moving to Utah over three years ago during the Salt Lake Parade of Homes. Their Grand Hampton model then in Herriman was by far our favorite Parade home. These guys build a very nice home. Even after moving in I'm finding little convenience features that were upgrades with virtually every other builder we looked at. Thank you Hardrock.

We stumbled upon Hard Rock while house hunting almost 3 years ago. We fell in love with one of their homes and have lived here ever since. Trace and his team are the best we've ever worked with. They stand behind their work and have done everything they can to help us, even after the first year ended. I would not hesitate to build with them again; I highly recommend them.
