Wright Homes

This was our first time building a house. Wright Homes has been great from start to finish. Everyone involved was very professional and friendly and made the entire process easy and nearly stress free. There’s always going to be stress with a new home build, but Wright Homes addressed all of our concerns in a very timely manner. I felt they were genuine in wanting to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of our home. They’ve also been quick to respond to all of our inquiries even after we’ve moved in. We love our new home and highly recommend them.

I had the privilege of working with Katie at Wright homes for the construction of a home for one of my clients. Wright homes did an excellent job in building a fine quality home. They were open and receptive to the needs of my buyers, and we're very fair in their pricing. My buyers are thrilled with their new home. The icing on the top, however, was being able to work with Katie as the representative for Wright homes. I believe she went over and above to make things just right. Would I take other buyers in to see Katie and to buy a ride home again? Without question

Fantastic, quality work. Our superintendent was always thoughtful and helful in every step of the way. This is the second house Wright Homes has built for our family and we have been very pleased with the results both times!

They were incredible to work with! Sky was our representative and he bent over backwards for us to get everything how we wanted it. He helped keep us up to date through the building process and walked us through contracts in a very open and understanding manner which I appreciated. The design center was an enjoyable experience and they were patient as my wife and I debated colors and materials. They were prompt with inspections and walk throughs and the superintendent was very transparent in all his answers to my questions. Very pleased with our choice and would recommend them!

Firstly, I WOULD recommend building and purchasing from Wright homes. We began building in March '17 and closed 12 days ago, and overall our experience was good-to-great. Their New Home Consultant, Lynette has been a pleasure to work with, the offered designs and customizations were sufficient for our needs, and we're definitely happy with our first home. The reason I'm not giving a perfect score is because of a few (mostly resolved) issues throughout the process and up to this point. The biggest of which is that our lender (we did not use Wright's offered lender) found a discrepancy in home price days before closing. He found that Wright had done math (base + construction deposit + earnest + design deposit + design options) incorrectly and were overcharging us by over $4000 for the total price of the home. Had we gone through their lending program, I'm not sure that would have been caught, and had our appraisal (something we were nervous about) come in low, this would have effectively pushed us out of the purchase and lost us our earnest money. The second being that were "pushed" to close early, which has been good and bad. The good, obviously we get to enjoy our home sooner than expected. The bad: There are still touch ups and appliance issues that need to be addressed, and the construction crew obviously weren't given the memo we moved in. For the first few days we had to deal with loud music, cars parked in front of our driveway and perhaps the most annoying - painters who painted our front door jam, didn't leave a sign saying so, and ruined my girlfriend's brand-new cardigan and designer bag after they brushed the trim while walking through our front door. All in all, it's been a good experience and I realize there are always pains for being an "early adopter." We may have spoiled ourselves, and will most likely purchase a new construction/custom home again in the future, and Wright will most likely be the first builder we consider when that time comes.
