Liberty Homes

I'm giving 1 star because they look nice. But not much going on after that. The standard choices when you build are so horribly awful that you need to budget at least 12 grand in upgrades just to get something decent and I didn't even upgrade anything upstairs! Only the main level. Seriously, I've never seen such god-awful flooring and carpet in my entire life. It reminds of my parents kitchen in their house that was built in the 70s. So heads up on that. The build quality is sub par and the painters suck. I've got paint that spilled over on my laminate floors and it looks terrible. The cabinets that I paid good money to upgrade are all crooked! The edges of the drawers don't line up at all and it drives me crazy. The party walls in the townhomes are not nearly thick enough. I can hear my neighbors walk up and down the stairs! If you're considering building with liberty, I'd consider all your other options first.

I work here and I love the affordable homes, the number of options and opportunity to customize how ever you like. What I see is quality, energy efficient, and smart floor plan designs. The 1-year builder warranty is a plus. What I see everyday is the top notch customer service that is sought after and I think achieved. Another bonus is experience that the Liberty team has. Most everyone has been in the industry for 10-20 years. They know what they are doing and you can't fake real experience. I believe in Liberty Homes so much that I am going to have them build my first home as well!
